Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is elated to share that the firm made the annual Puget Sound Business Journal list of Fastest-Growing Private Companies for the lucky-number-seventh time! PSBJ will reveal the list in its entirety with ranking positions, stories, statistics and more at a Blue Friday Bash on Friday, October 26th and publish the results in the November 2nd print and digital editions of the Business Journal.

“I am tremendously proud of our brokers, staff and leadership team,” said Stacy Jones, vice president and chief people officer of RSIR. “It is an absolute honor to be included on this list for the seventh time and we look forward to more growth in our future!”

As Ryan Lambert of PSBJ reports, the “annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in Washington can be seen as a case study of the health and direction of certain sectors.” While companies have largely been concentrated between Seattle and Bellevue over the past few years, there is more diversity in this year’s report, with just 58 percent of companies located in those two cities. A staggering 40 of the 100 companies boasted a three-year growth rate of above 100 percent and 44 of the companies named were not included in last year’s list, indicating fresh growth in our region.

According to Trendgraphix research, RSIR maintains the highest average production per broker among the top ten brands in the Pacific Northwest region. As of September 2018, the firm held over $1Billion in new construction projects with over $2Billion in local sales volume for the trailing 12 months aggregated by brand in the NWMLS. RSIR also consistently ranks among the PSBJ list of top ten residential real estate firms, taking the seventh position on the annual list this year. Ranked by 2017 residential home sales data in the Puget Sound region, RSIR reported $1.52 billion in sales volume with an average sales price of $894,229.

PSBJ will welcome hundreds to the Blue Friday Bash celebration on Friday, October 26th, with a reception, lunch and celebration held at Century Link Field.
