RSIR Supports the 30th Annual "Spring for Schools" Luncheon in Bellevue

On Friday, April 27th, I joined a collective of Realogics Sotheby's International Realty (RSIR) brokers and members of the firm's executive team to support the Bellevue School District at the Bellevue Schools Foundation's 30th annual Spring for Schools Luncheon. Held at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, we were thrilled to raise $825,000 to support our local students. In addition to raising funds, attendees were treated to inspiring stories from students who have been impacted by community members.

RSIR was a Salutatorian-level donor to the event and I was among a small group of the firm's brokers that pledged at the Merit Scholar Level. It was truly wonderful to be given the opportunity to connect with fellow community members and parents, and hear stories from kids who have been impacted by our work. A few favorite memories of the day included Caroline's outline of her connection to academics and social justice in her AP capstone work, and the way that Izayiah has benefited from his school offering transformational programs. We also got to learn about the enhanced STEM offerings that will soon come to Sherwood Forest Elementary.
